This is my second visit after giving up on other shops, I went in for an oil change, inspection & tire rotation and that's exactly what I got, my past experiences especially with Mavis I come out with multiple other issues that cost me money, the same issues I had the year before that were allegedly taken care of. I don't feel like I'm holding my breath to hear bad news, so far I feel like I can really trust them, everyone is really nice and the place is really clean which I love. I think I found some good guys (fingers crossed).

As an out-of-town customer, I found this repair shop through a recommendation from a local family whose second generation has now started using their services. I came in on short notice, and they took care of everything I needed for an extensive repair, including tie rods, new tires, and a door repair. It's a hardworking, family-run business, and after spending the day in the waiting area, drinking coffee and watching them juggle calls to find the best prices on parts for other customers, I could see firsthand how much they care. They even called after my trip to make sure everything was working well and that I was satisfied with the repairs. That is a level of follow-up you don't often see. You will be well served by their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to doing the job right. I won't hesitate to use their services again whenever I'm back in town. They truly go the extra mile, and it shows.

This was my first time bringing my 10 year old Chevy sedan to Independence Car Care, and it was a great first-time experience! I was having trouble with my coolant leaking and my battery. They were able to find the issue with the coolant, and although they weren’t able to replicate the issue with my battery (and I can’t replicate the problem anymore either) they found a couple other things and issues they found that the previous garages had failed to mention. They were communicative, reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable, and (even though I don’t expect it) were very nice. I’m glad I took a chance and brought my car here. Will definitely be coming back!

This is probably the best car experience I have ever had. Genuinely, I came in expecting to pay for maybe a couple things done. I was able to drop my car off in the morning before they open, and pick it up before my second job. This option was really nice because with too jobs my schedule is a little tight for fitting in car repairs. Throughout the day they sent me calls AND texts to show my car, what work needs done, and get consent to make it efficient. Additionally, just out of college, my financial situation is not the best of the best, but they helped me finance, and made sure I was still able to leave happy. Unfortunately, right before my first visit was over , they found something that needed to be fixed soon but were working on a temporary solution considering I had to go. To no fault of their own, the part gave out anyway. I was very anxious and worried about my car and more money because it happened that same week, but they were able to help me out anyways. They were communicative, helpful, reliable, and honest. Great experience here and Dan was awesome in explaining the work being done! Love the inspection report - really know what goes on with your car Had to come in to get a bit of work done to my nissan and they are able to take care of all it! A few places I went to kept turning me away and to go to the dealership but Independence took it and gave me a thorough inspection and handled it best!
